An Authentic Tuscan Country House!
It is a charming residence, with all modern comforts recently restored, reserved only for lovers of silence and panorama, immersed in nature and in the family olive grove from which an excellent oil is produced. The view is splendid over the city of Lucca, the olive groves, vineyards and the forest; The setting is the ancient town of Pozzuolo with farmhouses and ancient villas, evidence of rural life from times gone by.It is located in the hills south of Lucca, well exposed to the sun. It is 6.1 km from the historic center of the city, 6 km from the “Lucca est” motorway exit and is only 30 minutes from Pisa airport and 30 minutes from sea of Viareggio.
It is composed of: on the ground floor a large living room and a kitchen-dining room; slightly raised from these, through a narrow passage, there is a service bathroom and a living room with sofa bed. On the upper floor it consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which directly serves a bedroom, as well as a small room equipped with a sofa with fully removable chaise longue and a storage room. In the basement the laundry and technical room
It is accompanied by a large, well-equipped outdoor terrace, tables and chairs with barbecue and wood-burning oven from which you can enjoy an extraordinary panorama of the city of Lucca. It has a large private garden with parking.
The swimming pool is 3×6 m and is private for the exclusive use of the villa, from where you can find relaxation and your privacy.
How to reach it: leaving the valley floor going up the Via di Vicopelago, a typical asphalt road of the Tuscan countryside, which has hairpin bends at times and a narrow width in the last part where you must pass carefully, managing the right of way. The last 200 meters are gravel road. For less experienced drivers we recommend small cars
A bit of history: It was given the name “Cima delle Buzzards” due to the frequent possibility of spotting these splendid birds of prey in flight, in fact it is a special place of ancient origin, in fact its construction dates back to the Middle Ages and today, after a passionate restoration work by the current owners, the farmhouse has come back to life with great charm but equipped with all modern standards.
Animals are not allowed. The villa is designed to experience the Tuscan summer, made of wine and barbecues, swimming in the pool and exploring the many paths that start from the Villa.
Welcome to Tuscany!
