Our house was originally built as a stone stable in the mid-1800s. In 2018, it underwent a complete renovation and was transformed into a loft while preserving its original structure as much as possible.
ALLOGGIO: Our house is a two-floor loft, featuring open spaces on both levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bathroom with a shower, a TV area, a work desk, and a lovely balcony.
Our family has roots in both Italy (specifically Lucca) and Brazil, and Lucca holds a special place in our history. It has always been our dream to have a place where we can fully enjoy everything this beautiful city has to offer!
We have carefully decorated the house to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our goal is for our guests to experience the same level of comfort and enjoyment that we do and discover all the charming spots that Lucca and Tuscany have to offer!
For those arriving by car, it is possible to drive up to our front door to drop off your luggage. As for parking, there are several streets nearby where you can find available parking spaces. ACCESSO: The entire house is available for the guests. ALTRI DETTAGLI: It is not permitted to host parties or any kind of gatherings that could cause damage to our home or disturb the neighbors.
Due to the structure of the house, we regretfully cannot accommodate small children or pets. The house was originally designed for two people, but thanks to the presence of a very comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor, we are able to accommodate up to four guests.
